I've tried a couple of the recipes - with success according to those that ate the caramels. The only caution is that some of the recipes are written for an experienced cook. But most of the recipes could be for anyone regardless of experience. I wanted to try making candy - something I haven't tried before outside of fudge. Just make sure you have a good candy thermometer before starting because candy making relies an accuracy.Product details

Itlooks good but I haven't tried any of them yet
Very well written, easy to use.
There were no pictures which always help when making something new.
